I learned how to sell real estate from my dad in Chandler Arizona. I have a lot of great memories of hanging out in his office, making copies, answering the phones, and helping him with whatever he needed. At 13 years old I delivered flyers, answered his calls, put out open house signs, and joined him while he showed homes. Little did I know I was gaining valuable knowledge that would last a lifetime.
Today I co-own Mehr and Associates Real Estate. Although I own a real estate company, I still love helping people buy and sell homes. I feel that my negotiation skills are a cut above the rest and my contract knowledge is what sets me apart from a lot of other agents.
I average about 50-80 individual sales annually. My specialty is pretty broad and I’ve sold everything from small condos to luxury homes and everything in between. I have a keen eye for marketing, design, photography, and investing. I’ve sold single-family homes, land, new construction projects & implemented a commercial division within our brokerage. I've even helped clients aquire land and build their dream home from the ground up! The best thing about having a career in real estate is that there’s no limit on what you can learn and achieve.
