Real estate is such a passion for me that working hardly feels like work at all. Sure, there are times when emotions run high but overall my career as a real estate professional is the perfect fit for me. No two transactions are ever the same, it never get’s boring and every deal is a new experience. Helping people and acting in their best interest at all times comes very naturally to me and it has been the secret to my success.
I learned how to sell real estate from my dad in Chandler Arizona. I have a lot of great memories hanging out in his office, making copies, answering the phones and helping him with whatever he needed. At 13 years old I delivered flyers, answered his calls, put out open house signs and tagged along for home showings. Little did I know I was gaining valuable knowledge that would last a lifetime. During that time he was selling 30 homes a month. I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor.
Today I co-own Erik Mehr and Associates. Although I’m a business owner, I still love helping people buy and sell homes. I feel that my negotiation skills are a cut above the rest and my contract knowledge is what sets me apart from a lot of other agents.
I average about 50 individual sales annually. My specialty is pretty broad and I’ve sold everything from small condo’s to luxury homes and everything in between. I have a keen eye for marketing, design, photography and investing. I’ve sold land, new construction projects, done many relocation deals & even implemented a commercial division within our brokerage. The best thing about having a career in real estate is that there’s no limit on what you can learn and achieve. You have to just be willing to try.
